Position Summary
C&S Employment Solutions is seeking a full-time Data Entry Specialist for a direct hire position in Jefferson City. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of $16.50 per hour with a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (three days remote and two days in the office). The schedule may include occasional overtime based on business needs.
Core Duties
- Enter data for all Missouri Medicaid claim types and required attachments accurately and efficiently.
- Process special handling batches as needed, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized records of processed claims and related documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, possesses strong organizational skills, and has experience in data entry or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is required. Knowledge of Medicaid claim processing systems would be advantageous but not mandatory.
