Daily Substitute Teacher

Delta-T Group Inc. is hiring full-time Daily Substitute Teachers in Detroit, Michigan to serve students across the local K-12 education community. This is your opportunity to make an immediate, meaningful impact in classrooms throughout the Detroit, Illinois area.

Role Overview

As a Daily Substitute Teacher with Delta-T Group Inc., you'll step into classrooms when regular educators are unavailable, creating a consistent, supportive learning experience for students across the region. You'll implement lesson plans, manage classroom dynamics, and serve as a trusted presence in Detroit schools. This full-time position offers steady, reliable work in education combined with the flexibility that comes with daily assignment scheduling.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction aligned with classroom curricula and teacher-prepared lesson plans
• Supervise and support students in a safe, nurturing educational environment
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure an orderly, productive learning space
• Communicate with school staff regarding student progress and classroom activities
• Model professionalism and build positive relationships with students and colleagues
• Work Monday through Friday, 7:10 AM to 4:10 PM as daily assignments are available

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 60 college credits or equivalent education credential
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Genuine commitment to student success and classroom safety
• Ability to adapt quickly to different grade levels and subject areas
• Reliable attendance and strong professional integrity
• Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus
