Your Responsibilities

• Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions
• Assisting with claim processing and documentation
• Providing policy information and updates
• Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records and updating client files
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Prioritization and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with insurance policies and claims processes is preferred but not required
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
