About the Role

As a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our team. You'll handle inbound inquiries, respond to customer needs with expertise and professionalism, and contribute to our sales pipeline by identifying opportunities and supporting the sales team. What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns to satisfaction
• Support the sales team by qualifying leads, scheduling demonstrations, and facilitating sales conversations
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems
• Identify customer needs and communicate relevant upsell or cross-sell opportunities to the appropriate team members
• Build positive relationships with customers to increase retention and repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
