About This Position
We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Cruise & Resort Reservation Specialist to assist with coordinating vacation bookings and client travel arrangements in a remote environment. This role focuses on helping clients secure cruise vacations, all-inclusive resorts, accommodations, and related travel experiences while providing excellent customer support throughout the booking process.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and securing their dream vacation packages
- Coordinate and manage reservations for cruises, resorts, and other travel-related services
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings and transactions
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends and offerings from various destinations
