What This Role Involves

The role of a Crew Member at Red Rooster is integral to our mission of providing exceptional chicken experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house areas, contributing to a positive customer experience through your friendly and efficient service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Cooking and preparing high-quality chicken dishes according to company standards
• Serving customers in a fast-paced environment with a smile
• Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas
• Assisting with inventory management and stock preparation
• Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate billing

What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who possess a passion for food, customer service, and teamwork. Key requirements include:

• A minimum of 6 months' experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen safety practices
• The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
