Join IQVIA Biotech as a Clinical Research Associate 2 (CRA 2) in Columbus, Ohio. We're seeking an experienced on-site monitor to ensure protocol compliance and data integrity across our breakthrough CAR-T and Cell & Gene Therapy clinical trials.

About the Role

As a CRA 2 at IQVIA Biotech, you'll lead on-site monitoring efforts at clinical research sites, ensuring rigorous adherence to study protocols and regulatory standards. This is a full-time, on-site position critical to bringing innovative cell and gene therapies to patients faster. You'll work with our team to maintain the highest standards of data quality and compliance across complex biotech sponsorship programs.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive on-site monitoring visits at clinical trial sites to verify protocol compliance and data integrity
• Review source documentation and case report forms for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and communicate protocol deviations and data discrepancies to study teams
• Maintain detailed monitoring reports and regulatory documentation
• Partner with site staff, principal investigators, and sponsors to resolve trial challenges
• Support patient safety through careful oversight of adverse events and protocol adherence

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of direct on-site clinical trial monitoring experience
• Demonstrated experience in CAR-T therapy and/or Cell & Gene Therapy programs
• Strong knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and FDA regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively
• Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to data quality and compliance
