The Opportunity

Memorial Health System is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our dedicated faculty team in the Family Medicine Residency Program. This full-time position will be based at the Family Medicine Residency Clinic located in Belpre, Ohio. As a key member of our residency program, you will contribute significantly to resident education and mentorship, curriculum development, and overall program success.

Core Duties

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship for residents during their training
• Participate in the design and implementation of educational curricula
• Contribute to the evaluation and assessment of resident performance
• Support the development and maintenance of residency program policies and procedures
• Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the residency program

What You Bring

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Family Medicine physician
• Demonstrated commitment to resident education and mentorship
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in curriculum development and evaluation is preferred
