About the Role

The Quality Assurance Quality Controller will play a pivotal role in ensuring product quality and compliance at Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBA). This position is crucial for maintaining high standards across all production processes. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in quality control, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.

Core Duties

• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance product safety and efficacy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues promptly.
• Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to guarantee adherence to quality specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of all quality-related activities for regulatory compliance.

Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Quality Control role within the food or beverage industry is required.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices, including ISO standards.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
