Contact Center Recruiter

OneMCI is seeking a Contact Center Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Clair Mel, Hillsborough County on a full‑time basis.

About the Role

As a Contact Center Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers to attract, screen, and place qualified candidates for a variety of front‑line and support positions within OneMCI’s customer experience operations. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events tailored to contact center roles.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate in‑person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Assist in developing job descriptions that reflect the skills and competencies required for contact center positions.
• Participate in recruitment initiatives such as career fairs, campus outreach, and diversity hiring programs.
• Track key recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay informed about labor market trends and best practices specific to the contact center industry.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting for high‑volume, customer‑service or contact center environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail when managing multiple requisitions.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to hiring in the United States.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
