Agency Recruiter

Atrium, a leader in Extended Workforce Management and Talent Solutions based in Boston, Suffolk County, is seeking a full-time Agency Recruiter to build and nurture talent pipelines that connect exceptional candidates with premier client opportunities across diverse industries.

Role Overview

As an Agency Recruiter at Atrium, you'll be the driving force behind candidate acquisition and placement. Founded in 1995 and WBENC-certified, Atrium combines technology-enabled processes with hands-on talent expertise to help major enterprises transform their workforce strategies. In this role, you'll develop and execute recruitment strategies, manage candidate relationships from initial outreach through placement, and collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and culture fit requirements.

Core Duties

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social networks, referral networks, and direct outreach
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess skills, experience, and alignment with client roles
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to fill current and future client openings
• Match candidates with appropriate opportunities and guide them through the application and interview process
• Coordinate logistics between candidates and clients, including scheduling, documentation, and offer negotiation
• Track recruitment metrics, pipeline activity, and placement outcomes using CRM and ATS tools
• Develop relationships with repeat clients and candidates to support both immediate and long-term staffing needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in agency or corporate recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage diverse candidate populations
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and recruitment databases
• Ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines and client relationships simultaneously
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
