What This Role Involves

The Construction / Fit-Out Lead will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing cost estimates and bids, and managing the end-to-end delivery of projects valued up to $20M. Key responsibilities include overseeing construction fit-out teams delivering critical building upgrades and refurbishments.

Core Duties

• Identify and pursue tender opportunities within the defence sector.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids for projects up to $20M.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of construction fit-out projects.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring timely and quality completion.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior construction fit-out role within the defence sector.
• A proven track record in managing large-scale projects valued up to $20M.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exposure to Defence industry requirements and regulations.
