What You'll Do

• Provide daily care and assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Offer companionship through engaging in various activities tailored to the individual’s interests and needs.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication management, and maintaining a safe and clean living environment.
• Document daily interactions and report any changes or concerns to the supervising staff.
• Ensure the well-being and comfort of the individuals in your care by providing emotional support and encouragement.

What We're Looking For

• A caring and empathetic approach towards individuals requiring support.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver’s license.
