About the Role
AutoZone's Commercial Sales division serves as a critical link between our inventory of quality automotive parts and the professional technicians and fleet managers who depend on them daily. As a Commercial Sales Manager, you'll oversee customer relationships, drive revenue targets, and ensure that every interaction reinforces our reputation for reliability and expert support in the commercial automotive aftermarket.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with commercial accounts including independent repair shops, fleet operators, and automotive service centers
- Meet and exceed sales quotas while expanding the customer base in your territory
- Identify customer needs and recommend products and solutions that solve their business challenges
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay competitive within the commercial segment
- Provide dedicated support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of orders
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and communicate progress toward targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B sales, automotive parts sales, or a related commercial sales environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust with business owners and shop managers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive parts, vehicle maintenance, or fleet operations preferred
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
