Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and feedback to internal partners and external appraisers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial real estate appraisal or appraisal review.
• Strong working knowledge of valuation principles, methodologies, and industry standards.

• Ability to work independently from the Chicago, Illinois office in a full-time, on-site capacity.
