About the Role
As Commercial Plumbing Foreman at Wallace P Johnson Plumbing &, you'll supervise daily operations on complex commercial and industrial plumbing projects throughout the Fremont area and Northern California. What You'll Do
- Oversee commercial plumbing crews on job sites, ensuring work meets quality standards and project timelines
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to schedule tasks and resolve on-site challenges
- Inspect plumbing systems, materials, and installations to maintain safety and code compliance
- Train and mentor plumbing technicians, fostering skill development within your team
- Manage tools, equipment, and material inventory for assigned projects
- Document progress reports and communicate project updates to management
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a plumbing foreman or in a supervisory plumbing role
- Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial plumbing systems and practices
- Demonstrated leadership ability with the capacity to motivate and manage teams
- Thorough understanding of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout Alameda County and surrounding areas
