Orkin is seeking a full-time Commercial Pest Control Technician for our Marlborough, Massachusetts location. If you're ready to join a respected leader in pest management and deliver solutions that keep commercial properties safe and pest-free, we want to hear from you.
About This Role
In this position, you'll be part of Orkin's professional team, working with the latest pest control methods and equipment to protect commercial facilities across the Marlborough area. With nearly 125 years of industry experience behind you, you'll represent a trusted brand while building a meaningful career in pest management.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of commercial properties to identify pest problems and prevention opportunities
- Apply pesticides and implement treatment strategies following all safety regulations and protocols
- Document service details, treatment information, and customer interactions accurately
- Advise facility managers on pest prevention and ongoing property maintenance
- Service your assigned territory efficiently, managing schedules and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Maintain equipment and tools in optimal working condition
What You Bring
- Valid, active pesticide license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field

Sign-On Bonus
Candidates with an active pesticide license at hire are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
