Position Summary

As a Commercial Parts Pro at Advanceauto, you'll be the go-to expert for fleet managers, repair shops, and commercial contractors throughout the Virginia Beach area. You'll manage complex parts orders, provide technical guidance on vehicle specifications and compatibility, and build lasting relationships with commercial accounts. This role demands both product knowledge and customer relationship skills to keep our commercial customers' operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Process commercial parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to repair shops and fleet operations
• Identify correct parts based on vehicle specifications, application requirements, and customer needs
• Provide technical support and product recommendations to commercial clients
• Maintain inventory awareness and coordinate stock levels for high-demand commercial items
• Build and nurture relationships with commercial accounts to drive repeat business
• Troubleshoot parts compatibility issues and resolve customer concerns
• Meet sales and service goals while maintaining accuracy in order fulfillment
• Stay current with product lines, automotive trends, and technical specifications

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in parts sales or automotive retail preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and vehicle applications
• Proficiency with computer systems and parts lookup databases
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service orientation with communication skills
• Dependable attendance and professional demeanor
• Valid driver's license
