About This Position
We are currently seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team. The role will involve working on a mobile basis covering Devon and Cornwall for a leading national facilities service provider. This is a full-time position with no remote work option.
Key Responsibilities
- To carry out commercial gas installations, repairs, and maintenance in retail environments.
- To ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- To provide excellent customer service to clients within the designated area.
- To keep accurate records of all works carried out and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- A valid Gas Safe registration as a Commercial Gas Engineer or HVAC Engineer is essential.
- Experience in commercial gas installations, repairs, and maintenance within the retail sector would be advantageous.
- A strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to gas work is required.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively while adhering to deadlines.
