Join the City of Encinitas Development Services Department as a Code Enforcement Officer I/II/III in Olivenhain. About the Role
This is a full-time position where you'll serve as a bridge between local regulations and community compliance. What You'll Do
- Conduct investigations into reported code violations and non-compliance matters

- Educate property owners and residents on code requirements and compliance pathways
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain organized case files
- Testify in administrative hearings when necessary

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require additional education or certifications
- Valid California driver's license and ability to travel throughout Encinitas and San Diego County

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously
