The Opportunity

This off-shift CMM Programmer position is based at our Whitehall Casting Operation. Permanent off-shift hours are flexible to include the 2nd, 3rd, or weekend crew shifts. The primary responsibilities of this role include writing programs for Periodic and First Article Inspections, performing multi-piece part and die inspections using DCC Coordinate Measuring Machines and Vision Systems.

Responsibilities

• Write programs for Periodic and First Article Inspections
• Perform multi-piece part and die inspections using DCC Coordinate Measuring Machines and Vision Systems
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in all inspection processes
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or concerns during inspections

Qualifications

• Experience as a CMM Programmer or similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with DCC Coordinate Measuring Machines and Vision Systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work flexible off-shift hours, including 2nd, 3rd, or weekend shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
