Position Summary
We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to join our innovative team at Dotmatics. As a key member of our development group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that support our growing portfolio of scientific software tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure to support our applications.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of our cloud services.
- Work closely with development teams to integrate cloud-based solutions into existing systems.
- Optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency in the cloud environment.
- Monitor system health and performance, and address any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
