Key Responsibilities

• Shape and steer client strategy across retail and commerce media programs, aligning customer needs with business priorities.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, building durable, growth-oriented relationships.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning design, marketing, commerce, and service capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading client strategy and delivery, ideally within retail, commerce, or media.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance what customers value against what drives business value.
• Comfort operating in tech-powered, AI-enhanced environments where creativity meets execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills at a senior level.
• Willingness to work on-site in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
