Velocity Rail Solutions is actively hiring a Class A Hazmat Driver with Locomotive Fueler responsibilities in Provo, Butler County. This is a full-time position offering consistent work, predictable scheduling with Sundays and Mondays off, and daily returns home.

About the Role

Join our operations team as a professional locomotive fueler and CDL Class A driver. You'll support critical rail infrastructure by safely delivering and dispensing fuel to locomotives across our service territory. This role provides year-round employment with guaranteed overtime opportunities and weekly paychecks—no seasonal layoffs or weather-related slowdowns.

What You'll Do

• Operate commercial vehicles and fuel transport equipment safely and compliantly
• Transport hazardous materials and fuels to locomotive fueling stations
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
• Maintain detailed fuel delivery logs and documentation
• Follow all DOT and safety regulations for hazmat transport and handling
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Complete full 12-hour shifts with meal and rest breaks included

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL Class A license with current Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
• Strong safety record and commitment to compliance
• Ability to work dayshift hours with Sundays and Mondays off
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to vehicle maintenance
• Reliability and professional communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
