About the Role

This is a full-time, company-based driver position operating refrigerated transport across our regional lanes. You'll maintain consistent weekly schedules while handling temperature-sensitive freight that demands reliability, attention to detail, and professional execution. We prioritize drivers who show up, perform consistently, and want to maximize miles and income.

What You'll Do

• Operate a refrigerated tractor-trailer safely and professionally across regional routes
• Maintain strict temperature control and cargo integrity for perishable freight shipments
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections per DOT requirements
• Plan efficient routes, manage delivery windows, and communicate proactively with dispatch
• Maintain detailed logbooks, vehicle records, and regulatory documentation
• Follow federal and state transportation laws, company safety policies, and best practices
• Build relationships with shippers and receivers through professional, courteous service

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL with a minimum of 6 months of professional driving experience
• Clean driving record with no recent moving violations or at-fault accidents
• Ability to pass a DOT physical exam and comprehensive background check
• Familiarity with reefer equipment, temperature monitoring, and cargo-specific protocols
• Strong communication skills and reliability—consistent availability matters
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and professional conduct on every load
