About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Class A CDL Company Drivers for our regional operations in Colwich, Kansas. This is a full-time position with Hill Bros., offering competitive pay ranging from $88,000 to $97,000 annually. Our drivers enjoy home weekly schedules and the opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on productivity and safety performance.

• New Pay Raise: $0.65 CPM
• Productivity Bonus: $0.06 per mile
• Safety Bonus: $0.01 per mile

The role involves driving 2200-2800 miles per week, running for 6 to 8 days and taking your 34 to 48 hours at home each week. Our routes are regional, covering a significant portion of the area without venturing further west.

Core Duties

• Drive company vehicles safely over long distances
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers as needed

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements
• Minimum 6 months of driving experience in a commercial vehicle
• Strong safety record and clean driving history
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
