Claims and Performance Manager

About the Role

The Product Claims and Regulatory team ("PCR Team") is part of Dyson's Global Legal Services function, comprising lawyers, scientists, and engineers. The PCR Team collaborates with business units to ensure that Dyson can make compelling, differentiated, and robustly substantiated claims.

Core Duties

• Work closely with the business units to develop and maintain product claims that are technically sound and legally defensible.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across various markets.
• Support marketing teams in preparing and reviewing claim-related content for accuracy, consistency, and legal compliance.
• Conduct research on competitor claims and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in product claims management or a related field within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of engineering principles, particularly as they relate to Dyson's products.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
