About the Role

As a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with Denovo Review, you'll handle First-Party property damage claims and related civil litigation matters in Lee County and the surrounding region. You'll work directly with clients to understand their claims, manage discovery, prepare settlement analyses, and litigate cases through trial when necessary. This is a full-time position designed for someone eager to expand their practice and build a sustainable book of business with firm support and mentorship.

What You'll Do

• Represent policyholders in First-Party property claims disputes and civil litigation
• Conduct client intake, case evaluation, and develop litigation strategy
• Manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Negotiate settlements and prepare trial-ready cases
• Maintain clear client communication and cost-effective case management
• Develop and manage your own client relationships and case load

What We're Looking For

• Florida bar license in good standing
• Prior experience in First-Party property claims litigation, or readiness to develop it
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Client-focused approach and commitment to cost-effective representation
• Self-motivated professional with the ability to manage your own practice
• Familiarity with Lee County courts and local civil litigation practices a plus
