About the Role
As a Civil 3D Designer and CAD Technician, you'll be a key technical contributor to our land development consulting projects. This remote position is ideal for professionals who excel at translating design concepts into detailed, construction-ready technical drawings and documentation. Your work will directly support our engineers and designers as they plan and develop infrastructure and land development solutions for clients across diverse industries and geographies.
What You'll Do
- Develop technical drawings, site plans, and design documentation in Civil 3D
- Create and maintain CAD models supporting land development and infrastructure projects
- Assist in preparing construction documents and technical specifications
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to translate conceptual designs into detailed plans
- Perform quality checks and revisions on technical deliverables
- Maintain CAD standards and documentation conventions across projects
Requirements
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D
- Strong CAD drafting and technical drawing skills
- Knowledge of land development, site planning, or infrastructure design principles
- Degree in civil engineering, surveying, architecture, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
