Position Summary
SHE HR Consulting is seeking an experienced and values-led Chief Executive Officer to lead our organisation. As Rainbow Giving Australia’s national LGBTQIA community foundation, you will mobilise funding for the strengthening of LGBTQIA organisations while guiding a growing, mission-driven entity through its next stage of impact.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategically lead and manage the operations of Rainbow Giving Australia to ensure it meets its organisational goals and objectives.
- Mobilise funding for the strengthening of LGBTQIA organisations in line with the foundation’s mission.
- Guide the organisation through its next stage of impact, focusing on growth and sustainability.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the values and mission of SHE HR Consulting.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior leadership role within the non-profit or social enterprise sector, preferably with a focus on LGBTQIA issues.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams towards common goals.
- Strong understanding of fundraising strategies and the ability to secure significant funding for the organisation.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- A deep commitment to the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
