Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the values and mission of SHE HR Consulting. Requirements Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior leadership role within the non-profit or social enterprise sector, preferably with a focus on LGBTQIA issues. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams towards common goals. Strong understanding of fundraising strategies and the ability to secure significant funding for the organisation. Experience in strategic planning and execution. A deep commitment to the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
