What You'll Do

• Study construction plans and specifications to determine material requirements and layout for frameworks and interior assemblies
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and related materials to erect walls, floors, roofs, and other foundational building elements
• Fit and install doors, windows, staircases, cabinetry, trim boards, and specialized joinery components to complete interiors and exteriors
• Coordinate with fellow trades during multi-phase site operations to maintain smooth workflow and alignment with overall schedules
• Conduct accurate measurements, alignments, and inspections to uphold quality standards and structural integrity throughout each stage
• Maintain tools, materials, and work areas while consistently following established safety procedures on active building sites

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated background performing carpentry and joinery tasks within building construction environments
• Capability to interpret technical drawings, scale measurements, and material lists effectively
