About the Role

You'll operate as an independent contractor hauling dry van freight on consistent, predictable routes. This position combines the stability of consistent work with the flexibility that 1099 independent contractor status provides.

What You'll Do

• Handle 100% no-touch dry van freight runs — minimal customer interaction, maximum efficiency
• Complete 60% drop-and-hook assignments for faster turnaround times
• Maintain consistent deliveries across your assigned lanes
• Operate safely and professionally in compliance with DOT regulations
• Communicate regularly with dispatch to coordinate loads and timing

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL A license with current, clean driving record
• Commercial truck driving experience
• Availability for full-time routes from Ola, Yell County
• Reliable, professional communication
• Strong commitment to safety and DOT compliance

Earnings & Benefits

You'll earn up to $1,650 per week in take-home pay, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $500 orientation completion pay to get started immediately. As a 1099 independent contractor, you maintain flexibility while building consistent income.
