Position Summary

We are currently seeking CDL-A truck drivers with little or no experience to join our regional fleet based in South Bend, Indiana. As a new graduate, you will have the opportunity for paid training and operate modern equipment while serving consistent routes that offer regular weekly home time.

Core Duties

• Pick up and deliver freight as assigned by dispatch
• Follow safe driving practices to ensure a secure work environment
• Perform pre-trip, mid-trip, and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage
• Adhere to all company policies and state/federal regulations regarding commercial driving

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a clean driving record
• Valid CDL-A license required; new graduates are welcome to apply
• Aptitude for learning and following instructions
