K&B Transportation is hiring a CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver in Moline, IL, with full-time over-the-road pay ranging from $1,564 to $2,200 per week and an immediate start date.

About the Role

As a CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver based out of South Moline in Rock Island County, you'll haul temperature-controlled freight on over-the-road (OTR) lanes for K&B Transportation. This is a full-time company driver position, and we know that no single schedule suits every driver — that's why we offer four distinct pay options built around the hometime you actually want.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a refrigerated tractor-trailer safely across OTR routes, keeping freight at the correct temperature throughout transit
• Deliver loads on time while observing all Department of Transportation regulations and hours-of-service rules
• Carry out pre-trip and post-trip inspections, monitoring the reefer unit and reporting any maintenance concerns
• Maintain accurate driving logs and required delivery documentation
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and our recruiting team to match your route to your preferred hometime

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Willingness to run over-the-road (OTR) lanes as a refrigerated company driver
• Commitment to safe driving practices and regulatory compliance
• Availability to start as soon as possible
• Ability to base out of the Moline, IL area in Rock Island County
