The Opportunity

Sweet Express LLC has invested in a substantial fleet of new 2026 tractors, and we're actively recruiting professional drivers to operate this premium equipment. You'll haul dry van freight on over-the-road routes, earning $0.50 to $0.56 per mile. This is a full-time role that offers steady work, reliable modern trucks, and the chance to be part of a growing operation.

What You'll Do

• Operate a commercial tractor-trailer unit safely across multi-state OTR routes
• Comply with all DOT regulations, maintaining accurate logbooks and performing required vehicle inspections
• Pick up, load, secure, and deliver dry van freight on schedule
• Maintain regular communication with dispatch regarding route status and any issues
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
• Uphold all safety standards and company policies consistently

What We're Looking For

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A
• Verifiable over-the-road driving experience
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• DOT medical certification eligibility and willingness to pass background screening
• Ability and willingness to spend extended periods on the road
• Professional demeanor, strong safety focus, and reliable work ethic
