About the Role

This is a company driver position focused on drop and hook operations—you'll team up with a partner to maximize efficiency and minimize unnecessary dock time. You'll operate throughout OTR and regional territories, completing deliveries with your co-driver while maintaining a professional, safety-focused approach to every load.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle on assigned OTR and regional routes
• Coordinate drop and hook deliveries with your team to keep cargo moving
• Manage team driving rotations and required rest breaks
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery records in compliance with DOT regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics teams
• Ensure vehicle safety, maintenance standards, and cargo security at all times

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A license (required)
• Clean driving record
• Current DOT medical certification
• Professional commitment to safety and compliance
• Experience with team driving or willingness to learn
• Strong communication and reliability
