About the Role

As a CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver, you'll operate commercial vehicles to transport goods that stock shelves and supply the nation's leading retailers and food service providers. This part-time position offers flexibility while allowing you to contribute to one of America's most essential industries. You'll be responsible for executing on-time, damage-free deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Operate a commercial truck to deliver merchandise safely and efficiently on assigned routes
• Perform mandatory pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel
• Manage loading and unloading of cargo while ensuring product integrity
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and hours-of-service regulations
• Represent Mclane with a professional demeanor in all customer interactions

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with a clean driving record
• Current Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certification
• Proven commitment to safe driving practices and workplace safety
• Reliability and punctuality—our customers depend on you to deliver
• Ability to work the assigned part-time schedule
• Strong communication and professional customer service skills
• Experience as a CDL-A delivery driver is preferred
