Hogan Transportation is hiring full-time CDL-A Car Haul Truck Drivers based out of Boone Grove, Porter County — and if you've never hauled cars before, that's not a problem. Hogan will put you through paid training and set you up to earn between $108,000 and $120,000 annually.

About the Role

As a CDL-A Car Haul Driver with Hogan Transportation in Porter County, you'll operate auto transport equipment to move passenger vehicles safely and efficiently across assigned routes. This is a full-time driving position that rewards experience, consistency, and safe performance with a clearly defined path to top pay.

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly gross earnings of $2,080–$2,310
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants
• Starting rate of $31.00 per hour, with overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours
• Annual wage increases on a structured scale, topping out at $33.50 per hour

What You'll Do

• Transport new and used passenger vehicles on a multi-car carrier between origin and destination points
• Load, position, and secure vehicles to manufacturer and company specifications
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document any vehicle condition issues at pickup and delivery
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and remain compliant with FMCSA hours-of-service regulations
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route status, delays, or delivery exceptions
• Represent Hogan Transportation professionally at dealerships, auction sites, and fleet customer locations

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL — required
• Clean motor vehicle record with no serious violations
• Ability to drive, maneuver, and park multiple vehicle types
• Physical capability to climb, secure tie-downs, and work around heavy equipment in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cargo and road safety
• Car haul experience is a plus, but Hogan provides full paid training for qualified CDL-A holders new to auto transport
