About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated Casualty Claims Specialist to join our Wichita office in a full-time position. You'll manage the complete lifecycle of casualty insurance claims with precision, empathy, and integrity. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in claims investigation, customer service, and insurance procedures while delivering exceptional service to our policyholders.

What You'll Do

• Receive, log, and organize incoming casualty insurance claims with accuracy and completeness
• Investigate claim details by reviewing documentation, interviewing claimants and witnesses, and gathering supporting evidence
• Evaluate claim validity and coverage eligibility under policy terms and conditions
• Communicate clearly and professionally with claimants, medical providers, law enforcement, and other parties
• Prepare comprehensive claim reports and maintain well-organized, detailed records
• Process claim payments and resolutions in accordance with company guidelines and regulations
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements
