About the Role
You may already be providing essential support to a family member or friend—helping with daily routines, personal care, meals, and mobility. Stand Out Home Care partners with ALTCS to transform that unpaid caregiving into recognized, compensated work. This full-time position enables qualified family caregivers in Litchfield and Maricopa County to formalize the care they're already giving and earn income while doing it.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, hygiene, and personal grooming
- Help with dressing and selecting appropriate clothing
- Prepare nutritious meals and manage feeding support
- Aid with mobility, transfers, and physical movement assistance
- Provide companionship and emotional encouragement
- Maintain a clean, safe home environment for the care recipient
- Coordinate with Stand Out Home Care staff on care plans and progress
What We're Looking For
- Currently providing hands-on care to a family member or friend in the Litchfield area
- Genuine dedication to supporting someone's daily living needs
- Ability to commit to full-time hours
- Reliable transportation in Maricopa County
- Willingness to work within the ALTCS framework
- Experience is secondary to your commitment—we value caregivers over credentials
