Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
• Help with activities of daily living and mobility support
• Monitor and report on client health status and wellbeing
• Maintain clean and safe living environments for clients
• Document care activities and communicate with healthcare team members
• Support clients with meal preparation and medication reminders as appropriate
• Respond compassionately to client needs throughout your shift

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid certification as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), HHA (Home Health Aide), or PCA (Personal Care Attendant)
• Pass a criminal background check
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Strong ability to speak and write in English
• Prior experience in healthcare, medical, or caregiving settings preferred
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
