About the Role

The Card Services Department is seeking an organized, service-focused professional to support daily operations and ensure cardholders receive excellent service. You'll work directly with customers and internal teams to deliver reliable card services and build positive member relationships.

What You'll Do

• Assist cardholders with account inquiries, application support, and service requests
• Process card transactions and documentation with accuracy and efficiency
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues appropriately to Card Services Management
• Maintain organized records and support compliance with banking regulations
• Support departmental operations and contribute to team goals
• Deliver friendly, professional service in a customer-first environment

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts from 8 AM to 1 PM. Competitive wages and full-time benefits.
