This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for technological improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Analyze current business practices and recommend technology solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement technological changes and ensure smooth transitions.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new technologies and systems.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business process analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
