What This Role Involves
The objective of the Brand Specialist position is to productively support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers. The role involves achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting Beauty Barrage's client brands in multiple retail locations across North America.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned market area.
- Cultivating strong relationships with retailers such as Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and others.
- Driving brand awareness through various marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities.
What We're Looking For
- A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
- A passion for the beauty industry.
- The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required.

This is a part-time opportunity with the work schedule varying monthly based on brand needs and willingness to travel. The Brand Specialist will report to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive depending on their market area.
