The Opportunity

The objective of the Brand Specialist position is to productively support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers. The Brand Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting Beauty Barrage's client brands across North America
• Achieving sales targets in the assigned market
• Cultivating relationships with retailers such as Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and more
• Driving brand awareness through strategic in-store support
• Reporting to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive based on the market needs
• Being a self-starter, results-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry

Requirements

• Passion for the beauty industry
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Able to travel as needed within the assigned market
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
