The Opportunity
At Beauty Barrage, a full-service strategic sales management team with a Field Team servicing doors across North America, you'll have the chance to support some of the hottest brands in beauty. Our Brand Specialists work closely with retailers like Sephora, ULTA, and Bluemercury, driving brand awareness and achieving sales targets.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with retail partners
- Drive brand awareness in assigned markets
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Report to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive based on market needs
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking self-starters who are results-oriented and passionate about the beauty industry. As a Brand Specialist, you should have:
- A strong understanding of the retail environment
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- A flexible schedule due to varying monthly work schedules based on brand needs and travel distance willingness
