Position Summary

At Beauty Barrage, you will be a Brand Market Specialist responsible for representing and increasing sales and brand awareness in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, and Bluemercury. This role is ideal for self-starters with a passion for the beauty industry who can work anywhere from 0-20 hours a month based on scheduling needs.

Core Duties

• Create a strong in-store presence to drive sales for your respective brands.
• Provide in-store support and manage brand interactions with customers and staff.
• Collaborate with the Field Team to ensure consistent brand representation across multiple retail locations.
• Adapt to fluctuating work schedules based on monthly scheduling needs.

Requirements

• A passion for the beauty industry.
• The ability to be self-starting and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
