What You'll Do

• Process, review, and maintain accurate billing records and invoices
• Manage accounts receivable and payable transactions with precision

• Prepare billing reports and financial summaries for review
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment matters
• Respond to billing inquiries from departments and external contacts
• Enter data into accounting systems with attention to accuracy
