Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of customer service background
- Proven strength in patient communication and accurate multitasking across phones, registration, and scheduling

- Precision when managing personal information, records, and appointments
- Professional presence that calms concerns and supports teamwork
- Familiarity with electronic medical record platforms and related healthcare tools
- Spanish and English bilingual ability preferred to serve diverse patients
